Aprašymas

  • Own website conversion from Meta ads in an assigned country.
  • Build a strong understanding of target customers and local conversion behavior.
  • Develop, prioritize, and define macro and micro experiment hypotheses.
  • Lead a product squad of one engineer and one designer to execute and ship tests quickly and to a high standard.
  • Manage the testing cycle from idea and hypothesis through results, learning, and iteration.
  • Oversee the country's landing pages, quiz, and checkout.
  • Track key metrics and use findings to shape future tests.
  • Improve experimentation and analytics tools independently.
  • Drive international growth by improving funnel conversion and supporting higher Meta spend.
  • Partner with the existing Funnel Conversion Lead, Head of Performance, CEO, design, and engineering teams.
  • Report to the Head of Performance.
  • Run hands-on experiments using tools such as Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex.

Reikalavimai

  • At least four years running a high volume of experiments—more than hundreds—for DTC ecommerce brands in fast-paced, high-transaction environments.
  • Experience understanding target customers and country-specific GLP-1 market dynamics.
  • Experience forming precise hypotheses and prioritizing macro and micro experiments.
  • Hands-on ownership of testing from ideation and setup through QA and readouts.
  • Experience using customer insights, session data, market research, and funnel performance analysis.
  • Understanding of the ad-to-landing-page handoff and how funnel conversion affects paid efficiency, including CPL, CAC, quality score, and landing-page experience.
  • Strong analytical skills, including analysis of customer segments and user behavior.
  • Familiarity with Omniconvert, PostHog, and Hex, with flexibility to use other tools.
  • Comfort with design principles and wireframing.
  • Technical ability to work with code and translate ideas into pixels.
  • Ability to lead a product squad of one software engineer and one web designer.
  • Ability to work mostly asynchronously in a chosen timezone and remain available until midday Pacific Time on most weekdays.
  • Willingness to work long days, weekends, and a standard 50–60 hour workweek.
  • Strong consumer experience judgment and funnel knowledge.
