Aprašymas

  • Lead business analysis across large or complex projects and programs.
  • Work with business stakeholders to clarify problems, opportunities, drivers and desired outcomes.
  • Own business analysis throughout the full initiative lifecycle.
  • Evaluate process, technology and operating model options.
  • Turn complex information into clear requirements and actionable tasks.
  • Partner with project managers, technical teams and business stakeholders to support effective delivery.
  • Evaluate vendor proposals and deliverables against agreed requirements, scope and business needs.
  • Identify and manage risks involving requirements, scope and solution design.
  • Resolve gaps between business expectations and proposed solution capabilities.
  • Lead User Acceptance Testing planning and execution, clarify defects and validate outcomes with the business.
  • Prepare for implementation and support the transition to business operations.
  • Improve business analysis practices, tools and ways of working.
  • Contribute to portfolio planning and governance discussions.
  • Guide junior Business Analysts as needed.

Reikalavimai

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science or information technology, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • More than 10 years of business analysis experience, including at least three years in a senior role supporting complex technology initiatives.
  • Strong skills in discovery, business case development, requirements and process analysis, solution assessment, implementation and business acceptance.
  • Experience supporting requests for information and proposals, vendor evaluations and solution selection.
  • Experience with enterprise platforms, software-as-a-service solutions and major system implementations.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills, including the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
  • Sound analytical judgement and the ability to connect business needs with practical solutions.
  • Experience working with vendors and implementation partners.
  • Ability to balance strategic priorities with initiative-level detail.
  • Commitment to quality, consistency and disciplined delivery.
  • Ability to guide and support less-experienced Business Analysts.
  • Certified Business Analysis Professional or Certification of Capability in Business Analysis credentials are valued.
