- Develop automation and AI solutions for business and partner needs
- Define technical patterns, architecture principles, and quality standards
- Create automated checks for cybersecurity, policy compliance, and technical feasibility
- Assess AI solutions and advise teams before production release
- Develop monitoring methods to track solution health, quality, and security
- Provide technical escalation support for automation, AI, and architecture decisions
- Build solutions hands-on while mentoring colleagues and strengthening team skills
- Work with technology teams, solution builders, and business leaders across Pax8
- Turn complex technology topics into clear decisions and practical outcomes
- Stay current with emerging technologies and cybersecurity expectations
- Support the team with documentation, reusable models, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Join occasional team events, including quarterly offsites
Reikalavimai
- Extensive practical experience developing and architecting production technology solutions for internal or external users
- Demonstrated contribution to product or engineering teams, with technical ownership extending beyond individual assignments
- Able to lead technical work while continuing to build and deliver solutions
- Knowledge of automation platforms and agent-building tools; experience with n8n, Claude, Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, Dataverse, Fabric, Microsoft Lists, or Microsoft Foundry is an advantage
- Experience designing applications, automated workflows, AI solutions, reports, or operational dashboards
- Practical knowledge of secure engineering, technical assurance, and architecture principles
- Experience working with stakeholders to identify needs and deliver solutions from initial scoping through completion
- Strong written and spoken English communication
- Organized approach to competing priorities, detail, and changing requirements
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and evolving methods
- Hands-on experience delivering AI or automation solutions
- Relevant degree, equivalent practical experience, or applicable technical certification
- Valid right to work in the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Latvia, Germany, or Sweden, according to the country of application
