Aprašymas

  • Lead AI and software deployments for customers from planning through implementation, validation, and handover.
  • Coordinate with AI, engineering, product, UX, and platform teams on technical needs, dependencies, integration, and deployment readiness.
  • Maintain project plans, milestones, resource needs, budgets, and delivery commitments.
  • Coordinate work across global engineering teams, customer stakeholders, business leaders, and external partners.
  • Match engineering timelines to customer deployment commitments.
  • Track and address risks, issues, resource constraints, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Lead technical and business discussions to clear blockers, establish ownership, and support timely decisions.
  • Coordinate customer-site readiness, integration, testing, deployment schedules, and follow-up.
  • Oversee vendor deliverables and third-party dependencies.
  • Update engineering leaders, business stakeholders, and customer-facing teams on project progress.
  • Improve project management practices, deployment processes, and execution tools.
  • Build knowledge of the AI platform, its capabilities, and its technology ecosystem to connect engineering with customer delivery.

Reikalavimai

  • Bring at least five years of experience in technical or engineering project management, software implementation, or a related field.
  • Bring at least five years of experience managing complex software, technology, or engineering projects with multiple cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Bring at least five years of demonstrated ability to coordinate AI technical teams, manage dependencies, and deliver against committed milestones.
  • Demonstrate strong stakeholder management with engineering teams, business leaders, customers, and external partners.
  • Know software development lifecycles, Agile methods, and technology integration processes.
  • Have experience managing AI project schedules, resource plans, risks, issues, and status reports.
  • Have experience with Jira, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or equivalent tools.
  • Hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • Be able to understand technical concepts and explain challenges as clear actions and business implications.
  • Have exposure to AI/ML, generative AI, agentic AI, physical AI, IoT, or enterprise software platforms.
  • Have experience with customer-facing technology implementations, enterprise software deployments, or systems integration.
  • Understand cloud platforms, APIs, data integration, and software deployment processes.
  • Have experience coordinating globally distributed engineering teams and external vendors.
  • Be able to work through ambiguity, balance competing priorities, and influence teams without direct authority.
  • Show strong technical curiosity and willingness to learn emerging technologies.
  • Have experience in fast-paced product development or innovation environments.
  • Meet the U.S. Person requirement: be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident, have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status, or be able to obtain export authorization.
