Remote Art Director (Ontario or British Columbia)

Lead visual design, storyboarding, and video production for BTS self-paced digital learning experiences. This remote contract role is open to candidates residing in Ontario or British Columbia.

Aprašymas

  • Define the visual direction of self-paced digital learning experiences
  • Create polished, user-centered e-learning visuals and layouts with UI/UX principles and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Translate complex ideas into visual concepts and storyboards
  • Assign work to learning experience designers and animators and oversee their contributions
  • Storyboard and produce video content
  • Present creative work and communicate with clients directly
  • Apply client feedback and help clients choose effective solutions
  • Produce visual designs and layouts, visual storyboards, video and animation storyboards, finished video, and client presentations

Reikalavimai

  • Bring 1–2 years of experience as an art director or in a similar role
  • Have at least 1 year of direct client-facing experience
  • Have experience working with AI tools
  • Be highly proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Illustrator
  • Have a solid grounding in UI/UX design principles
  • Have experience creating e-learning media
  • Be able to make complex concepts clear and memorable through visuals
  • Have experience planning visual and video experiences frame by frame
  • Have experience storyboarding and producing video content
  • Be able to delegate to and oversee learning experience designers and animators
  • Be comfortable working across functions
  • Be detail-oriented, organized, and quick to learn
  • Reside in Ontario or British Columbia
  • Submit a portfolio with e-learning design samples, at least one complete e-learning course, animation or video work, and an example of solving a project challenge

  • Work fully remotely
  • Contract workload averaging 15–25 hours per week
