IT Systems Analyst, Card Applications

Support the infrastructure, monitoring, and day-to-day operation of card applications at Qualysoft. Work with banking technology teams on non-functional design and improvements.

Aprašymas

  • Help design, develop, and test the non-functional layers of card applications.
  • Implement, integrate, and configure monitoring, log analysis, CI/CD, and related tools.
  • Support card application operations by writing shell and SQL scripts and configuring operational tools.
  • Detect non-functional issues in production and test environments, then recommend solutions.
  • Coordinate with banking infrastructure teams, operators, developers, and vendors.
  • Recommend and deliver improvements to non-functional systems and processes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation.
  • Handle operational, maintenance, and configuration work for test application environments.

Reikalavimai

  • A higher education degree in IT.
  • At least three years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of security schemes, principles, and mechanisms.
  • Knowledge of networks, communication protocols, and other infrastructure components.
  • Knowledge of Bash and Python, with the ability to read code and write or modify simple scripts.
  • Knowledge of tools such as Jenkins, Nexus, Bitbucket, ELK, Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and Confluence.
  • Experience using Copilot.
  • Intermediate English proficiency.
  • Linux (RHEL) knowledge and Linux administration experience are an advantage.
  • SQL knowledge and Oracle Database administration experience are an advantage.
