  • Complete BMT’s two-year graduate development programme.
  • Take tailored training to build role-specific skills and learn about BMT’s business lines and operations.
  • Help the Asset Lifecycle Services team analyse and improve the long-term outcomes of engineered solutions.
  • Contribute to supportability engineering, including technical publications.
  • Contribute to reliability and maintainability engineering.
  • Work on availability modelling.
  • Support environmental protection and sustainability work.
  • Assess and manage obsolescence risks.
  • Contribute to simulation and modelling.
  • Carry out whole-life cost analysis.
  • Analyse data.
  • Take part in varied projects across multiple market areas.
  • Learn from experienced colleagues through training and guidance.
  • Work toward Chartered status in your technical profession.
  • Travel to customer sites and attend meetings as needed.

Reikalavimai

  • You must be eligible for full UK security clearance.
  • You must have lived in the UK for the past five years.
  • You need a relevant degree, such as mechanical, aeronautical, systems or electronic engineering; applied science; mathematics; environmental management; or a related subject.
  • You should be interested in developing skills relevant to BMT’s services.
  • You should be able to think critically, question engineering decisions and offer analytical perspectives.
  • You should be committed to providing excellent client service.
  • You should be motivated to progress your career and achieve Chartered status.
  • You need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • You need strong teamwork skills.
  • You should be flexible and able to work across BMT offices and customer sites throughout the UK.
  • Some experience with numerical or statistical analysis and tools such as MS Excel, MS Access or SQL is helpful, but not essential.
