- Complete BMT’s two-year graduate development programme.
- Take tailored training to build role-specific skills and learn about BMT’s business lines and operations.
- Help the Asset Lifecycle Services team analyse and improve the long-term outcomes of engineered solutions.
- Contribute to supportability engineering, including technical publications.
- Contribute to reliability and maintainability engineering.
- Work on availability modelling.
- Support environmental protection and sustainability work.
- Assess and manage obsolescence risks.
- Contribute to simulation and modelling.
- Carry out whole-life cost analysis.
- Analyse data.
- Take part in varied projects across multiple market areas.
- Learn from experienced colleagues through training and guidance.
- Work toward Chartered status in your technical profession.
- Travel to customer sites and attend meetings as needed.
आवश्यकताएँ
- You must be eligible for full UK security clearance.
- You must have lived in the UK for the past five years.
- You need a relevant degree, such as mechanical, aeronautical, systems or electronic engineering; applied science; mathematics; environmental management; or a related subject.
- You should be interested in developing skills relevant to BMT’s services.
- You should be able to think critically, question engineering decisions and offer analytical perspectives.
- You should be committed to providing excellent client service.
- You should be motivated to progress your career and achieve Chartered status.
- You need excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You need strong teamwork skills.
- You should be flexible and able to work across BMT offices and customer sites throughout the UK.
- Some experience with numerical or statistical analysis and tools such as MS Excel, MS Access or SQL is helpful, but not essential.
