Help salons across Germany bring their businesses online by introducing them to Treatwell’s booking platform. The role covers prospecting, product presentations, contract negotiations, and building lasting partnerships.

- Find prospective beauty salons through social media, search engines, and other channels
- Reach out to salons to explore partnership opportunities
- Show salon owners Treatwell’s software and marketplace
- Develop customer relationships and lasting partnerships
- Lead the sales process from first contact through contract signature
- Negotiate terms and secure new contracts
- Record sales activity in Salesforce and maintain the pipeline
- Sign up 10 new salon partners each month
- Help beauty business owners advance their businesses digitally
Reikalavimai
- Experience in sales, preferably field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation abilities
- Fluent German; other languages are an advantage
- Comfort with new software and digital tools
- Dependable, enthusiastic, and self-directed approach
- Willingness to meet customers in person and make visits

- €39,000 base pay plus uncapped commission
