Commercial Relationship Manager Associate – Regions Bank
Support Regions Bank’s Government, Institutional and Nonprofit Banking clients with relationship management, credit analysis and financial modeling. Prepare client pitches, deal screens and approval packages.
Aprašymas
- Provide primary coverage support to a Commercial Relationship Manager or team.
- Build client relationships through industry research, trend monitoring and prospecting.
- Maintain internal databases to support client deliverables.
- Build and maintain financial models for valuation, LBO, recapitalization and refinancing analysis.
- Act as the main contact for client pitches and internal deal screens.
- Prepare written materials, including client pitches and internal deal screens.
- Join client meetings, due diligence sessions and other discussions with executives and senior bankers.
- Identify Regions 360 opportunities and coordinate conversations across product teams.
- Support client planning by identifying new products and using RCLIQ and other internal tools.
- Qualify prospects and build business development databases.
- Identify relevant prospect contacts, including owners, CFOs, treasurers and authorized representatives.
- Coordinate approval packages, capital commitment analysis, pricing models and communications with Credit Products Partners.
Reikalavimai
- Bachelor’s degree in management, accounting, finance or a related field.
- Three years of experience in commercial credit analysis and/or commercial lending analysis.
- Formal credit or commercial loan training.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage responsibilities and meet communicated deadlines.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Accountability and a results-focused approach in a collaborative team environment.
- Strong understanding of financial statements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
