  • Support Microsoft 365 service design, administration, security, governance, and operations, with a focus on Exchange Online and Microsoft Entra ID.
  • Administer Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Entra ID, Intune, Viva, Dynamics 365, Power BI, Power Automate, and Power Platform.
  • Manage mailboxes, mail flow, transport rules, connectors, groups, message tracing, SMTP relay, and hybrid deployments.
  • Lead or assist with Exchange Hybrid, mailbox and tenant-to-tenant migrations, and technology refresh initiatives.
  • Oversee service health monitoring, tenant administration, licensing, user lifecycle management, and operational support.
  • Administer identity lifecycle and hybrid identity services, Entra Connect, SSO, MFA, Conditional Access, PIM, and identity governance.
  • Implement identity security measures, password protection, privileged access controls, and phishing-resistant authentication.
  • Maintain Defender for Office 365, Purview, information protection, retention, eDiscovery, audit logging, anti-phishing, DLP, SPF, DKIM, DMARC, Safe Links, Safe Attachments, EOP, and security monitoring.
  • Assist with audits, security assessments, investigations, access reviews, and compliance reporting.
  • Build PowerShell and Microsoft Graph automation for provisioning, reporting, configuration management, and operational support.
  • Create technical documentation, architecture diagrams, operating procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Support Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune-managed endpoints, device compliance, endpoint security, MDM/MAM, Autopilot, and modern workplace initiatives.
  • Track service health, audit logs, capacity trends, messaging performance, and operational KPIs.
  • Resolve complex cloud infrastructure, messaging, identity, networking, and collaboration issues.
  • Handle incidents, problem management, change implementation, root cause analysis, and service and business continuity activities.
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers on service levels, operational support, and project deliverables.

Reikalavimai

  • Degree in information technology, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Entra ID, or cloud infrastructure operations.
  • Practical experience administering Exchange Online and Microsoft 365 tenants, hybrid Exchange, Microsoft Entra ID and identity management, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Intune, as well as Microsoft 365 security and compliance tools.
  • Strong knowledge of DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, authentication and federation protocols, Exchange Hybrid architecture, and cloud security and zero trust principles.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting, automation, and Microsoft Graph APIs.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, stakeholder management, and communication abilities.
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise or government cloud environments is an advantage.
  • Preferred certifications include Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102), Identity and Access Administrator Associate (SC-300), Security Administrator Associate (MS-500), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104), Security Operations Analyst (SC-200), and Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) or equivalent.
  • Preferred technical skills include Exchange Online and Hybrid, mail flow, message tracing, SMTP relay, Entra ID, Conditional Access, SSO, MFA, PIM, Defender for Office 365, Purview, DLP, eDiscovery, retention policies, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Intune, Autopilot, MDM/MAM, PowerShell, Microsoft Graph, Power BI, Power Platform, DNS, SMTP, TCP/IP, SSL/TLS, service monitoring, reporting, incident management, and change management.
