  • Prepare Klaviyo newsletters and CRM campaigns for launch, covering content, links, segments, and send logic
  • Build, maintain, and improve automated CRM journeys including Welcome, Post-Purchase, and Winback flows
  • Conduct quality checks on content, links, personalization, and rendering across devices
  • Assist with audience segmentation and selection
  • Set up and assess A/B tests covering subject lines, content, send times, and CRM mechanics
  • Track core CRM KPIs and produce recurring reports alongside ad hoc analyses
  • Advance newsletter and automation programs with ideas for content, personalization, and lifecycle messaging
  • Keep Klaviyo templates, segments, and CRM data organized and accurate
  • Work with the CRM, Creative, E-Commerce, and Analytics teams
  • Contribute to seasonal campaigns, product launches, and other CRM projects

Талаптар

  • Currently pursuing a college or university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, E-Commerce, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field
  • Some initial hands-on experience in email marketing, CRM, e-commerce, or online marketing is preferred
  • Prior exposure to Klaviyo or a similar email or marketing automation platform is a strong advantage
  • Interest in executing digital campaigns and evaluating their impact
  • Comfort working with performance data and KPIs to identify initial insights
  • Strong instincts for copy, design, and brand communication
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Organized, dependable, and able to work independently
  • Experience with Shopify, Excel or Google Sheets, A/B testing, or e-commerce data is helpful but not essential
  • Very good written and spoken German and English
