  • Coordinate with attorneys, paralegals, and operations teams to advance cases efficiently.
  • Keep clients informed and case records accurate.
  • Use sound legal judgment in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Work remotely with an experienced multi-state team while managing assigned cases independently.

  • Hold an active Virginia Bar license.
  • Have at least two years of experience in foreclosure, collections, title claims, creditors’ rights, or related default servicing.
  • Experience representing lenders, mortgage servicers, financial institutions, or creditors is preferred.
  • Be comfortable managing cases in a high-volume legal practice.
  • Bring strong legal writing, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Manage deadlines and prioritize matters effectively.
  • Work effectively in a remote setting.
  • Additional state bar licenses are a significant advantage.
