  • Edit videos for paid social campaigns, organic social, and digital marketing.
  • Create motion graphics, animation, transitions, and visual effects to support each story.
  • Turn raw footage, UGC, and existing assets into polished videos for different platforms.
  • Produce and refine performance-focused video ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
  • Use social trends, creative practices, and platform formats to guide video production.
  • Work with creative, marketing, and performance teams to deliver campaign goals.
  • Create versions with varied hooks, messaging, pacing, and visuals for testing.
  • Use feedback to revise creative and improve engagement and campaign results.
  • Handle several editing projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with demonstrated video editing and motion graphics skills.
  • Experience creating and editing paid social ads, UGC-style videos, and other short-form digital content.
  • Understanding of performance-focused creative, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, and calls to action.
  • Ability to create motion graphics, animations, and visual elements that support video storytelling.
  • Familiarity with social platforms, emerging content trends, and creative practices across digital channels.
  • Experience adapting videos for different platforms, audiences, aspect ratios, and campaign goals.
  • Strong creative judgment, attention to detail, and understanding of how visual storytelling affects engagement.
  • Ability to work efficiently, balance priorities, and deliver quality creative on tight timelines.
  • Comfort with feedback, cross-functional collaboration, and rapid iteration on creative concepts.
  • Preferred: Experience creating video content for B2B or SaaS brands, such as paid acquisition, product marketing, or demand generation campaigns.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with creative testing methods and applying performance insights to video editing.
  • Preferred: Experience working with performance marketing teams, creative strategists, or growth-focused organizations.
