- Record shipment, customs, and invoice information in internal systems
- Assign product and tariff classification codes according to established guidelines
- Keep digital trade and shipping records organized
- Work with internal teams to resolve documentation discrepancies quickly
- Follow detailed procedures while meeting quality and productivity targets
- Help facilitate customs processing through accurate document review and coding
- Process import and export paperwork within required timeframes

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong typing accuracy
- Typing speed of 45 WPM with 98% accuracy
- Data entry speed of 6,000 KPH with 98% accuracy
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Experience processing high volumes of trade data
- Background in administrative, clerical, data entry, shipping, logistics, or documentation work
- Experience examining customs and shipping documents and detecting discrepancies
- Proven ability to manage confidential records accurately and discreetly
- Experience working with shipment and customs systems
- Proficiency with Microsoft products
- Knowledge of import and export documentation and compliance procedures
