Territory Manager, Structural Heart and LAAO — Eastern France
Grow adoption of Abbott’s left atrial appendage occlusion therapies across Eastern France. The role combines account management, procedural support, physician education, and territory sales.

- Grow adoption and commercial activity for left atrial appendage occlusion (LAAO) therapies across Eastern France
- Manage accounts in the Nancy, Metz, and Dijon area
- Meet and exceed territory sales targets
- Create and deliver account plans to increase procedure volumes and market share
- Handle commercial negotiations, tenders, and purchasing discussions
- Explain the clinical and economic benefits of the LAAO portfolio
- Find new business opportunities and track competitor activity
- Build relationships with clinical stakeholders and purchasing decision-makers
- Help develop local key opinion leaders
- Provide support during LAAO procedures
- Work with physicians on case planning and clinical discussions
- Train physicians and cath lab teams on products and therapies
- Support imaging-guided workflows and improve procedural processes
- Work with interventional cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and imaging specialists
- Keep CRM records, opportunity tracking, and forecasts accurate
- Oversee consignment inventory and product availability
- Report product events in line with company policy
- Follow quality, legal, and ethical standards
Талаптар
- University degree in life sciences, biomedical engineering, healthcare, or a related discipline
- A track record of success in the medical device industry
- Experience supporting structural heart or interventional cardiology procedures
- Substantial experience working with interventional cardiologists
- Prior exposure to LAAO therapies, through commercial work, procedural support, or both
- Strong account management, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Professional fluency in French and English
- Electrophysiology and EP program experience preferred
- Experience in cath lab and hybrid operating room settings preferred
- Familiarity with procedural and cardiac imaging workflows preferred
- Experience with intracardiac echocardiography (ICE) preferred
- An entrepreneurial approach and strong sense of ownership
- Ability to influence diverse stakeholders in complex healthcare settings
- Credibility with physicians and hospital teams on clinical matters
- Strategic account planning skills
- Resilience, adaptability, and commitment to improving patient outcomes
- Willingness to travel 75% of the time
