  • Research and resolve complex U.S. GAAP matters, including ASC 323, 606, 718, 805, 815, and 842
  • Track FASB updates and SEC regulatory developments
  • Evaluate business impacts and lead implementation, stakeholder coordination, and training
  • Prepare, review, and oversee technical accounting memorandums documenting U.S. GAAP conclusions
  • Conduct and guide research on complex transactions
  • Support accounting due diligence, purchase accounting, business combinations, asset acquisitions, and post-acquisition integration
  • Contribute technical accounting conclusions for SEC filings, registration statements, pro forma financial information, and other reporting requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to interpret contracts and business arrangements under applicable GAAP
  • Create, maintain, and update corporate accounting policies and procedures
  • Coordinate with external auditors on technical accounting issues and accounting policy positions
  • Assist with SOX compliance documentation, including internal controls and SOX processes
  • Support the Corporate Controller on special projects
  • Carry out other assigned responsibilities

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation
  • At least six years of accounting experience, including public accounting and/or public company technical accounting
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and Regulation S-X
  • Experience working with auditors or in a public company setting
  • Public accounting experience with a Big Four firm or similar organization preferred
  • Master’s degree in accounting preferred
  • Experience in mining, energy, manufacturing, or a related industry preferred
  • Workday ERP experience preferred
  • Workiva experience preferred
  • IFRS experience preferred
  • International experience preferred
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future visa sponsorship
  • Ability to meet the stated physical and sensory requirements, with or without reasonable accommodation
  • Successful completion of a background check
