- Convert KnowBe4’s strategic objectives into actionable operational plans
- Collaborate across functional teams and organizational boundaries
- Lead major subprojects or smaller projects from end to end
- Support platform reliability, security, scalability, and efficiency
- Partner with engineers in a fast-moving, agile development environment
- Improve the technologies that operate the systems, with a focus on safety and reliability
Талаптар
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral degree or equivalent, plus at least eight years of experience
- Proficiency coding in multiple or unfamiliar languages, including Python, Ruby, and JavaScript
- Experience architecting complex, high-scale systems and patterns in AWS
- Experience designing repeatable continuous integration and continuous deployment workflows
- Excellent communication and technical documentation skills
- Ability to manage time independently across competing projects
- Ability to rapidly understand, troubleshoot, and explain complex distributed systems
- AWS Cloud Certification at the Associate level
- Training in secure coding practices is preferred
- AWS Cloud Certification at the Professional level is preferred
- Experience with Google Cloud Platform and/or Azure is preferred
- Public-company experience is preferred
- Open-source contributions or technical blogging experience is preferred
