Senior UI/UX Designer at Simpro Software (Onsite)
Lead design systems, user research, and product experience for Simpro’s field-service operations software. Collaborate with product and engineering teams on complex cross-product features.

- Own and continuously improve Simpro’s design system and component library
- Establish UX guidelines, principles, and governance practices
- Lead usability testing, discovery interviews, and research insight synthesis
- Translate research insights into clear product direction
- Work with product and engineering teams on complex features spanning multiple products
- Guide trade-off discussions toward agreed solutions while representing user needs
- Create prototypes and test emerging product concepts
- Coach and mentor designers in effective design practices
- Develop concepts from initial wireframes through refined, production-ready designs and code when required
- Help strengthen design quality and standards across the product organisation
Талаптар
- At least five years of UX/UI design experience, including substantial work in B2B, B2C, or SaaS environments
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates systems thinking beyond polished interface screens
- Practical experience with AI-powered design and prototyping tools such as v0, Cursor, Figma AI, or Claude
- Confidence independently managing research recruitment, facilitation, and synthesis
- Working knowledge of HTML, CSS/SASS, and JavaScript
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
