  • Design, build, and run secure Kubernetes platforms for highly available, scalable production services across hybrid and public-cloud environments.
  • Create governed infrastructure-as-code solutions with Terraform, reusable modules, and safe, reviewable delivery workflows.
  • Develop backend services, internal tools, and operational automation using Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • Work with engineering and product teams to turn workload needs into practical solutions for reliability, performance, capacity, security, and cost.
  • Strengthen the production lifecycle through CI/CD, deployment automation, progressive delivery, and defined operational ownership.
  • Establish and advance observability across metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and dashboards.
  • Take part in on-call rotations, lead incident response, investigate root causes, and drive blameless postmortems and remediation.
  • Set reliability objectives through SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, capacity planning, disaster-recovery exercises, and resilience improvements.
  • Integrate security and compliance into day-to-day platform operations.
  • Use AI-assisted and data-informed operational methods to improve signal detection, reduce alert noise, speed root-cause analysis, and uncover automation opportunities.
  • Support engineering quality through code reviews, documentation, knowledge sharing, and mentorship.
  • Mentor colleagues and contribute to the team’s growth.

Талаптар

  • At least five years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, infrastructure engineering, or a closely related software engineering role supporting production systems.
  • Advanced, hands-on Kubernetes experience designing, operating, securing, and troubleshooting production clusters and containerized workloads at scale.
  • Strong Terraform background, including reusable module development, state and environment management, and automated infrastructure delivery through reviewable workflows.
  • Production software development experience with Go, Python, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
  • A record of improving the reliability, performance, scalability, or cost efficiency of distributed production systems.
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure and core networking, including IAM, DNS, load balancing, routing, service networking, and secure connectivity.
  • Strong observability and troubleshooting capabilities using metrics, logs, traces, alerts, and incident data.
  • Experience establishing and operating with SLIs, SLOs, error budgets, incident-management procedures, postmortems, and disaster-recovery practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD, GitOps or deployment automation, and canary or blue-green release strategies.
  • A security-focused approach to infrastructure, with experience working alongside Security and engineering teams in regulated or high-availability environments.
  • Clear communication, strong ownership, and sound judgment when balancing delivery speed, risk, and operational excellence.
  • Experience using AI-assisted tools in engineering or operations workflows is advantageous.
