Lead revenue growth, conversion optimisation and shop development for Gepp’s gourmet food business. This Germany-based remote role coordinates technology partners, agencies, marketing and internal teams.

- Own online shop revenue, budgets and performance KPIs
- Set the shop roadmap and prioritise development work
- Improve conversion rates and the customer journey
- Manage Shopify, Sanity and technology partners
- Coordinate Moving Primates and other agencies
- Manage projects from briefing through follow-up
- Report on performance and define concrete next steps
- Work across Brand, Design, CRM, Content and Executive Management
- Provide functional leadership for SEA and SEO
