Senior Provider Data Services Coordinator
Coordinate provider data operations at CVS Health, maintaining accurate records across systems. The Pennsylvania remote role includes workflow oversight, audits, issue resolution, and quality support.

- Manage daily Provider Data Services workflows and assigned production tasks
- Review, update, and verify provider records across systems for accuracy and completeness
- Assist with manual processing, batch setup, audits, and resolving data issues
- Track priorities, deadlines, and production targets to complete work on time
- Work with internal teams to correct discrepancies and improve workflows
- Keep process documentation current and support quality and compliance standards

- Use Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook, proficiently
- Bring strong attention to detail and the ability to handle manual, process-focused work
- Be organized and able to balance competing priorities in a fast-paced setting
- Experience in provider data, healthcare operations, claims, enrollment, or a related operational setting is preferred
- One to three years of Provider Data Services or Network experience is preferred
- Have a college degree or equivalent work experience
