Senior Marketing Lead, South Africa Market — Helsinki Hybrid | Draivi
Lead Draivi’s South African performance marketing across paid, direct, content, SEO, and conversion growth. Own strategy, budgets, campaigns, and performance while working with the Helsinki marketing hub and local partners.

- Own South Africa’s performance marketing strategy, budget, and results across paid, direct, and content marketing
- Manage Google Ads and Meta Ads hands-on initially, then scale activity as the market develops
- Develop email and SMS marketing to strengthen retention and monetization
- Partner with South Africa’s business development lead and Helsinki’s performance marketing team to turn market and partner insights into campaigns
- Support South African content and SEO programs
- Work with the technology team on local websites and conversion-funnel improvements
- Provide marketing input to product decisions
- Define KPIs, report results, and identify growth priorities

- Demonstrated ownership of performance marketing outcomes beyond campaign execution
- Practical experience managing Google Ads and/or Meta Ads campaigns
- Experience overseeing budgets and making channel-prioritization decisions
- Strong knowledge of SEA/SEM, A/B testing, conversion rate optimization, and current digital marketing tools
- Analytical ability to translate performance data into clear actions
- A problem-solving approach focused on finding new growth opportunities
- Ability to coordinate local colleagues, freelancers, and partners without formal management authority
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Experience in financial services, lead generation, or affiliate marketing is advantageous
- Experience with SEO and content marketing is advantageous
- Familiarity with the South African consumer market is advantageous
