  • Develop integrated marketing campaigns that support business goals and product priorities
  • Create cross-channel strategies for digital, social, print, and event marketing
  • Maintain consistent brand identity and messaging across channels
  • Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and collaboration across teams
  • Oversee brochures, sales collateral, and trade show materials
  • Direct digital campaigns, including email, landing pages, and online and print promotions
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop assets in multiple formats
  • Coordinate social media plans with wider campaign activity
  • Adapt content for different channels to extend reach and engagement
  • Work with product marketing, sales, clinical education, and leadership teams
  • Coordinate with external agencies and vendors
  • Maintain consistent brand messaging and visibility at events
  • Report campaign results, trends, and recommendations
  • Set performance benchmarks and run A/B tests
  • Track marketing return on investment
  • Analyze completed campaigns and prepare executive summaries connecting results to MQL impact
  • Support Global Commercial Marketing and cross-functional work, including planning the KOM sales meeting

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, marketing communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • At least five years of experience in integrated marketing, communications, campaign management, or a related marketing role
  • Experience planning and delivering end-to-end campaigns across digital, social, email, events, and other channels
  • Experience with brand strategy, content development, and campaign optimization
  • Ability to collaborate with external creative agencies and internal product managers
  • Marketing automation and CRM tool experience is preferred
  • Familiarity with analytics and campaign measurement tools is preferred
  • Experience working with agencies or overseeing external partners is preferred
  • Familiarity with Ad Promo and MLR processes is preferred
  • Medical device, healthcare, or life sciences industry experience is strongly preferred
