Lead clinical content, quality, and safety initiatives for Mercy’s healthcare services. Improve patient outcomes, clinical workflows, and cost, service, and quality performance.

- Create pathways, order sets, and other clinical content resources
- Advance patient outcomes and clinical workflows across the care continuum
- Deliver the Ministry’s cost, service, and quality objectives
- Help shape healthcare through innovation, technology, and compassion
Талаптар
- Master’s degree in nursing or another health, science, technology, engineering, or business discipline
- Background in clinical practice or engineering
- At least three years of experience leading projects, initiatives, or clinical operations within a progressive health system or hospital
- Collaborative and knowledgeable about healthcare environments and challenges, with a results-focused, change-oriented, people-development, critical-thinking approach and the ability to turn abstract concepts into practical outcomes
- Preferred: Doctorate in nursing or another health, science, technology, engineering, or business discipline
- Preferred: Registered Nurse qualification or another health-related credential
- Preferred experience in a medium-to-large hospital organization or integrated delivery system
- Experience with Epic, data and opportunity analysis, Lean, and change management
- Preferred: Project Management Professional certification, SCRUM Master certification, informatics experience, nursing specialty certification, Lean or Six Sigma expertise, evidence-based practice, and financial acumen
