Senior Manager, Government Contracts & Compliance — United States Remote
Lead TRM Labs’ government contracts administration and compliance function within Legal. Apply AI to manage federal contract obligations for the company’s crime intelligence platforms.

- Lead TRM Labs’ government contracts administration and compliance function within Legal
- Design the processes, systems, and relationships needed for compliant government contract management
- Maintain a centralized register of contract obligations, owners, deadlines, and required registrations across each lifecycle
- Use AI to identify obligations, milestones, and deadlines in contracts and keep the register up to date
- Direct proposal compliance reviews, using AI to assess solicitations and develop compliance matrices
- Coordinate representations and certifications, identify required forms, and escalate exceptions to counsel
- Develop government contracts policies, procedures, templates, and records
- Create review, approval, tracking, and escalation workflows across Legal, Capture, Sales, Finance, and delivery
- Administer contract modifications, task orders, subcontracts, and flowdown requirements
- Manage renewals, option exercises, and contract closeout activities
- Partner with Finance on contractual invoicing and reporting
- Work with the CLO and counsel on contract interpretation, procurement requirements, and legal exceptions
- Convert legal guidance into repeatable processes and practical instructions for business teams
- Develop reusable AI workflows for contract and compliance reviews as public-sector contract volume increases
- Collaborate with a distributed US-based team across time zones through Slack-first, asynchronous communication
Талаптар
- At least five years of progressively responsible experience with US government contracts
- Independent administration of federal prime contracts from award through modifications, performance, and closeout
- Experience reviewing solicitations and preparing proposal compliance matrices
- Experience coordinating representations, certifications, and mandatory submission requirements
- Practical knowledge of FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, task and delivery orders, and applicable subcontract flowdowns
- Sound judgment about when counsel should be involved
- Experience creating or substantially improving contracts processes, templates, or tracking systems
- Experience managing obligations and deadlines across multiple contracts
- Production-level AI fluency for analyzing solicitations, drafting compliance matrices, and managing obligations
- Ability to validate AI-generated output involving regulatory details
- Clear communication and strong cross-functional judgment
- Hands-on, service-oriented working style
- Preferred: experience with state, local, or international government contracts
- Preferred: experience administering contracts for software, SaaS, or data services
- Preferred: experience working with GSA Schedules
