  • Lead OLIPOP’s Amazon business across first-party, third-party, Amazon Fresh, and Whole Foods Market digital channels.
  • Deliver annual sales and profitability targets while managing the channel P&L.
  • Act as the main contact for Amazon, Fresh, Whole Foods Market, Kepler, and internal partners.
  • Manage the first-party, third-party, and Fresh channel mix, vendor negotiations, and Amazon operating cadence.
  • Oversee product listings, claims, imagery, A+ content, stores, keywords, and category placement.
  • Lead monthly forecasts with Demand Planning and flag risks early.
  • Develop and execute plans to grow visibility and conversion, including Subscribe & Save, bundles, launches, and whitespace opportunities.
  • Coordinate promotions, limited-time offers, pricing architecture, and campaign timing with the commercial calendar.
  • Set Amazon media briefs, budgets, and strategy, and optimize Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP campaigns.
  • Plan deals, coupons, limited-time offers, and seasonal events.
  • Work with Supply Chain and Demand Planning to forecast demand and maintain in-stock levels.
  • Coordinate with Operations and Customer Service to manage pickups, chargebacks, shortages, and COS/NetPPM leakage.
  • Maintain the structure, access, data hygiene, and business cadence for Cartograph and Stackline.
  • Track search, share, content, ratings, inventory, and syndicated eCommerce data.
  • Provide senior leaders with weekly and monthly updates on performance, priorities, risks, root causes, and next steps.
  • Travel to represent OLIPOP in Amazon meetings, at events, and at internal offsites.
  • Lead high-priority cross-functional initiatives and serve as OLIPOP’s Amazon subject-matter expert.
  • Report to the VP of eCommerce.

  • At least 12 years of eCommerce experience.
  • Extensive, hands-on Amazon expertise.
  • Amazon first-party experience required; third-party experience strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing Amazon P&L, forecasting, and vendor negotiations.
  • Hands-on experience with Vendor Central, Seller Central, Cartograph, and Stackline or comparable tools.
  • Profitiero or NielsenIQ experience is a plus.
  • Shopify experience is a plus.
  • Expertise in Amazon retail and media, including search and the digital shelf.
  • Ability to work with lighthouse account teams and uphold a promotional calendar across banners.
  • Ability to make high-stakes decisions independently and align senior leaders and cross-functional partners.
  • Comfort using Slack and Teams.
  • Willingness to travel approximately 15% of the time.
  • Commitment to OLIPOP’s values and customer-focused approach.
