  • Lead visual design for products, brand materials, and marketing campaigns
  • Create digital and print assets for websites, social media, email, advertising, brochures, and presentations with the Marketing team
  • Turn campaign goals and creative concepts into engaging work that reflects brand standards and audience needs
  • Partner with UI/UX specialists to help shape clear, attractive interfaces
  • Apply the company’s visual identity consistently across all design outputs
  • Create precise designs, illustrations, icons, and supporting visual assets
  • Coordinate with copywriters, developers, and marketers to develop and deliver creative concepts
  • Monitor design trends, professional standards, and emerging tools
  • Follow Mondia’s policies and contribute to its mission and vision
  • Handle additional duties assigned by the direct manager

  • Demonstrated graphic design experience supported by a strong portfolio and evidence of creative problem-solving
  • Skilled in Adobe Creative Cloud applications, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience with prototyping software such as Figma or Adobe XD is advantageous
  • Strong command of design fundamentals, including color, typography, composition, and layout
  • Background in marketing or advertising design across multiple communication channels
  • Working knowledge of design practices and the ability to collaborate with UI/UX specialists
  • Very good English proficiency
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related discipline
  • At least four years of experience in digital design or an advertising agency
  • Demonstrates accountability and ownership
