  • Create designs for digital campaigns, social media, presentations, websites, and marketing materials
  • Partner with clients to clarify briefs, understand business goals, and recommend creative directions
  • Present concepts and explain the thinking behind design choices
  • Lead feedback discussions, offer constructive advice, and turn client input into clear revisions
  • Maintain cohesive visual identities across channels and formats
  • Work with account managers, writers, marketers, developers, and other creative professionals
  • Review designs and advise fellow designers when needed
  • Balance quality, schedules, and client expectations across multiple projects
  • Prepare production-ready files and ensure design quality through delivery

  • Bring at least five years of professional design experience and a strong portfolio spanning digital and marketing work
  • Have experience working directly with clients, presenting concepts, and managing creative feedback
  • Use Adobe Creative Suite and Figma proficiently
  • Show strong knowledge of typography, layout, colour, visual hierarchy, and branding
  • Turn business goals into effective visual solutions
  • Apply sound creative judgment and confidently advise clients on design direction
  • Demonstrate strong communication, organization, and project ownership
  • Work independently and collaborate with distributed teams
  • Agency or freelance experience managing projects for multiple clients is preferred
  • Experience supporting established brands or global clients
  • Experience creating brand identities, guidelines, or design systems
  • Familiarity with motion graphics, video editing, or UI design
  • Experience using AI tools to support creative exploration and production
