  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of experience with SQL Server development or database administration, data modeling, and large-scale database environments.
  • Strong knowledge of data migration, ETL processes, and integration tools such as SSIS.
  • Expertise in data analysis, data quality, and data modeling.
  • Experience writing and optimizing complex stored procedures.
  • Experience with SQL database testing and automation.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop high-performance, auditable database solutions.
  • Experience implementing data controls, security measures, and regulatory compliance standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Experience in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments.
  • Collaborative approach and experience working with Agile teams.
