Senior Content Lead Worldwide Remote
Lead end-to-end content for an AI platform that converts images and text into 3D models. Own video, social, SEO, and Discord content to support user growth.

- Lead content from ideation and scripting through production, editing, and distribution
- Publish two YouTube videos each week: one long-form educational tutorial and one short-form video
- Adapt video content for Instagram, Twitter, and other social platforms
- Build and manage the company’s YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, and other social channels
- Create tutorials and guides that improve organic search discovery
- Develop a recognizable presence within the Discord community
- Shape the content go-to-market strategy, including what to present, when to publish it, and which audiences to reach
- Track trends across 3D, gaming, and AI and develop timely content around them
- Showcase platform capabilities through practical 3D model creation examples
- Engage Discord members and use their ideas and feedback to guide the content plan
- Partner directly with the founder as a key growth-strategy hire

- Present confidently and comfortably on camera
- Bring practical knowledge of 3D models and the 3D industry through game development, 3D modeling, or editing
- Experience creating games in Roblox or Fortnite counts as relevant 3D experience
- Independently script, record, and edit videos from start to finish
- Have experience growing or managing social media channels
- Know how to adapt and repurpose content for multiple platforms
- Communicate clearly and engagingly in spoken and written English for a global audience
- Use AI tools actively to improve productivity and work quality
- Stay curious about emerging AI capabilities and recognize practical applications
- Experience with 3D printing is a plus
- A portfolio or existing channel featuring 3D, game development, or technology tutorials is a plus
- Experience writing SEO-focused tutorials or guides is a plus
- Strong content creators without 3D experience may be considered if they are motivated to learn
