  • Contribute throughout the design and development lifecycle for analytics applications and reporting solutions
  • Build and maintain customer relationships to clarify business needs
  • Recommend process improvements and alternative solutions
  • Partner with engineers to develop interactive web portal content and assess enhancements
  • Set application scope and goals, then produce functional or technical specifications
  • Evaluate business and technical requirements
  • Develop and support complex information-system components
  • Coach colleagues on coding standards and conduct code reviews
  • Plan and run system tests, resolve defects, and repeat unit testing
  • Coordinate with other IT teams on implementation and project support
  • Maintain the technical development environment and implementation roadmap
  • Create training materials and surface further needs and enhancements
  • Lead small projects while providing mentoring and training
  • Act as a subject matter expert for Business Intelligence applications
  • Connect applications to source systems and data repositories
  • Explore data and evaluate its strengths, limitations, and potential uses
  • Produce strategic SQL reports from the data warehouse
  • Maintain expertise in data warehouse architecture, data definitions, and data integrity
  • Work with database developers, data analysts, project managers, IT engineers, and external partners
  • Optimize SQL query performance for business-critical workflows and service-level agreements

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline, plus at least three years of experience on one platform, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Advanced SQL proficiency, including complex queries, joins, CTEs, window functions, stored procedures, and high-volume data transformations
  • Healthcare data feed design, development, and support experience is highly preferred
  • Experience working with patient- and prescription-level specialty pharmacy data is highly preferred
  • Experience converting source-to-target mappings into ETL/ELT solutions, outbound feeds, validation rules, and transformation logic is highly preferred
  • Experience with data quality, operational controls, healthcare privacy, HIPAA, PHI, PII, Snowflake, SQL Server, or SSIS is highly preferred
  • Able to work in the office one to two days weekly and maintain a reasonable commute to a posting location
