Evaluate the design and effectiveness of risk management practices and controls
Direct end-to-end audit engagements from planning and fieldwork through reporting and closure
Deliver clear, practical and commercially relevant findings to senior stakeholders
Develop trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
Advance continuous improvement and innovation in audit practices

Талаптар

Substantial internal audit, external audit or risk management experience in banking, financial services, consulting or another complex, highly regulated environment
Strong understanding of non-financial risk management and control frameworks
Expertise in at least one non-financial risk area, with the flexibility to work across a wider portfolio
Experience auditing or advising on operational resilience, operational risk, people risk, third-party risk, or environmental and social risk
Capability to assess emerging risks, analyse complex issues and apply sound professional judgement
Experience with regulatory change, risk transformation or emerging non-financial risks is advantageous
Demonstrated ability to lead audit engagements from initiation to completion
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders
Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CIA or an equivalent credential
