- Own audit delivery across the Non-Financial Risk and Finance Audit portfolio
- Evaluate the design and effectiveness of risk management practices and controls
- Direct end-to-end audit engagements from planning and fieldwork through reporting and closure
- Deliver clear, practical and commercially relevant findings to senior stakeholders
- Develop trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across all levels of the business
- Advance continuous improvement and innovation in audit practices
आवश्यकताएँ
- Substantial internal audit, external audit or risk management experience in banking, financial services, consulting or another complex, highly regulated environment
- Strong understanding of non-financial risk management and control frameworks
- Expertise in at least one non-financial risk area, with the flexibility to work across a wider portfolio
- Experience auditing or advising on operational resilience, operational risk, people risk, third-party risk, or environmental and social risk
- Capability to assess emerging risks, analyse complex issues and apply sound professional judgement
- Experience with regulatory change, risk transformation or emerging non-financial risks is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead audit engagements from initiation to completion
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence senior leaders
- Relevant professional qualification such as CA, CPA, CIA or an equivalent credential
