Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst, 340B - McKesson
McKesson is hiring a Senior Associate Business Intelligence Analyst to support 340B healthcare analytics. The role develops SQL and Power BI reporting for operations, forecasting, pricing, and business decisions.

- Oversee 340B data feeds, reporting workflows, and communications with stakeholders
- Create and maintain SQL queries, Power BI dashboards, and scheduled analytics reports
- Check, reconcile, and investigate data issues to maintain accurate reporting
- Work with teams across the organization to provide insights for operational and business decisions
- Contribute to 340B forecasting, pricing, invoicing, and program performance analysis
- Streamline reporting through automation, AI tools, and ongoing process improvements
- Turn complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations
- Contribute to priority projects across the organization
Талаптар
- Bachelor's degree in analytics, business, finance, computer science, healthcare administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, or a comparable analytical role
- Experience with Snowflake and Tableau or SSRS
- Proficiency writing SQL queries and working with large datasets
- Practical experience using Power BI to develop reports, dashboards, visualizations, or analytical solutions
- Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to explain data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience with 340B, pharmacy, claims, or other healthcare data is preferred
- Familiarity with Python, AI tools, or automation solutions is preferred
- Ability to prioritize work and collaborate with cross-functional teams
