  • Architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
  • Shape the long-term Salesforce strategy, platform roadmap, and technical standards.
  • Translate business needs into decisions on native capabilities, configuration, automation, custom development, and third-party tools.
  • Build scalable data models and automated workflows for complex, high-volume, document-centric operations.
  • Design integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems using APIs, middleware, and event-driven patterns.
  • Lead technical design reviews and guide implementation across custom objects, Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flow, APIs, and external integrations.
  • Set and maintain standards for governance, security, code review, testing, releases, documentation, and deployments.
  • Track Salesforce performance, capacity, platform health, and usage limits.
  • Find ways to strengthen reliability, operational efficiency, and the user experience.
  • Work with business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data teams.
  • Assess new Salesforce capabilities while reducing technical debt and modernizing legacy customizations.
  • Coach technical teams on architecture, development standards, and Salesforce best practices.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Six to ten years of Salesforce experience, including at least three years in a cloud-focused architect position.
  • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect certification is strongly preferred.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect certification is an advantage.
  • Background designing solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Revenue Cloud, Experience Cloud, and the Salesforce Platform.
  • Experience architecting scalable Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems through APIs, middleware, event-driven architecture, and related technologies.
  • Experience defining Salesforce development, testing, deployment, release, and governance practices with Gearset, Copado, Jenkins, or Salesforce DX.
  • Experience designing data-intensive, document-centric workflows with automated document creation, OCR, electronic signatures, storage, and secure information sharing.
  • Experience assessing technical debt, modernizing legacy systems, and creating secure, maintainable architectures.
  • Experience working in Agile or Scrum environments with product owners, business analysts, developers, administrators, and enterprise technology teams.
  • Advanced understanding of Salesforce architecture, including data modeling, platform limits, security and sharing, identity and access management, multi-org environments, and integration patterns.
  • Strong practical knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Salesforce Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI, and Salesforce APIs, including REST and SOAP.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management abilities.
  • Ability to make complex architectural ideas clear to both technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM local time.
