- Deliver outstanding customer service through the C.H.A.R.M. service model
- Help maintain a positive team culture by sharing and welcoming suggestions, ideas, and concerns
- Build knowledge across customer service, products, merchandising, visual presentation, and stockroom operations
- Assist with POS operations, inventory replenishment, pricing and markdowns, loyalty promotion, store cleanliness, and recovery standards
- Set a strong example and work with store management to improve individual performance metrics through sales-focused methods
- Apply Crocs policies and procedures for asset protection, shortage prevention, and inventory control
