- Translate department strategy into action on assigned projects and programs under the Director of Pharmacy Development.
- Launch, coordinate, and deliver construction and build-out projects.
- Work with vendors, contractors, and internal teams, providing on-site support when needed.
- Put security, environmental monitoring, asset management, breakroom, lease, and real estate programs into practice.
- Keep programs running by tracking recurring tasks and renewals, reviewing vendor performance, maintaining records, and raising issues.
- Manage vendor communications, scheduling, deliverables, follow-up, and escalations.
- Maintain department records and standard operating procedures across sites.
