  • Audit invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Check prices, quantities, calculations, and supporting documents.
  • Flag errors, duplicate invoices, discrepancies, and other inconsistencies.
  • Check invoices against agreed terms, company policies, and procedures.
  • Work with relevant departments to investigate and resolve invoice issues.
  • Keep accurate audit records and document identified issues.
  • Prepare audit reports and point out recurring errors or improvement opportunities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related discipline.
  • Applications from recent graduates are welcome.
  • Experience in invoice auditing, accounts payable, accounting, or a comparable role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills and careful attention to detail.
  • Sound numerical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Good communication skills and an eagerness to learn.
