Direct daily operations for an assigned finance unit
Supervise employees responsible for financial processes
Lead financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting
Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements
Track financial performance against budgets and forecasts, identifying risks, variances, and corrective actions
Manage team-member performance, development, and accountability
Coordinate cross-functional work to maintain accurate, timely, and compliant financial operations

Associate's degree in a Business field and three (3) years of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR Bachelor's degree in a Business field and one (1) year of experience in Accounting, Finance, and/or developing and preparing financial reports; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience
Valid driver's license required
Must reside in North Carolina
Ability to travel within the catchment area as required
Preferred: Experience with claims payments and/or purchasing
Preferred: Experience with the D365 Financial System and/or Conduent Meditract system
Preferred: Experience supervising two (2) or more employees
All candidates must pass a drug test as a condition of employment
