Handle full-cycle accounting by analyzing accounts and recording accounting transactions
Prepare or support cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accruals, and reconciliations
Organize and prioritize a high-volume workload across multiple clients
Produce and review complete financial reporting packages with accuracy and timeliness
Follow established procedures for accounting records, transaction research, and reporting
Prepare and review fixed asset ledgers
Calculate and record straight-line rent according to client requirements
Follow company financial policies and procedures, escalating inconsistencies and issues to management
Investigate, assess, communicate, and appropriately escalate routine accounting issues
Work collaboratively with clients and property management teams
Provide requested documentation and information to support internal and external audits
Complete other related duties as assigned or requested

Талаптар

A college degree in finance or accounting is preferred
Some relevant experience is required, typically under one year or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Experience with accounting or database software packages is preferred
Basic knowledge of commercial real estate is preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to perform full-cycle accounting, including account and transaction analysis
Ability to prepare financial reporting packages that meet internal controls and client requirements
Ability to manage a high-volume workload for multiple clients
Knowledge of applicable accounting procedures and financial policies
Ability to research, analyze, communicate, and appropriately escalate accounting issues
Ability to work effectively with clients and property management
Ability to meet audit requirements and assist with internal and external audits
