  • Define data requirements with stakeholders, then source, prepare, and validate data from multiple systems.
  • Clean, transform, and analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, trends, root causes, and insights.
  • Establish and maintain standards for accurate, consistent outputs.
  • Present findings clearly and concisely, translating analysis into actionable recommendations.
  • Proactively identify risks and opportunities, and support the adoption of recommendations.
  • Advise Marketing, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product teams as a trusted analytical partner.
  • Spot opportunities to improve data quality, systems, and processes.
  • Develop business cases and lead implementation with the Business Analysis team and relevant stakeholders.
  • Lead the rollout and adoption of reporting, tools, and processes.
  • Assess and document impacts, coordinate updates to deliverables, and help stakeholders navigate transitions.
  • Stay current with data analysis methods and tools.
  • Promote AI tools for data preparation, analysis, reporting, documentation, and automation.
  • Identify and pilot new AI use cases, and coach colleagues across the team.

Талаптар

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • At least five years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently deliver complex analyses for stakeholders and influence business decisions.
  • Experience in a SaaS or technology company is an advantage.
  • Experience in product analytics is an advantage.
  • Experience with AI data products or applying AI tools in analytical workflows is an advantage.
  • Ability to interpret complex data accurately and turn findings into clear, business-relevant insights and recommendations.
  • Ability to explain analytical concepts and conclusions to non-technical and senior stakeholders while maintaining rigor.
  • Ability to uphold high standards of data quality and accuracy.
  • Ability to independently resolve complex data quality and integration issues.
  • Advanced proficiency in Power BI or a comparable business intelligence platform.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Fluent English is required.
  • Valid work or residence permit for Germany or the UK.
