Regional Sales Representative - Tennessee (Remote)
Drive flexible packaging sales across Tennessee through customer prospecting, quoting, service, and delivery coordination. Manage packaging orders, plant visits, production updates, and long-term customer relationships.

- Ensure existing customers receive suitable products and services
- Develop new markets and identify prospective customer leads
- Present solutions to prospects and pursue new business opportunities
- Build strong customer relationships and provide ongoing service
- Generate leads through telephone outreach and in-person sales visits
- Collect project details, prepare job quotes, and deliver completed quotations
- Prepare accurate orders with all required information
- Track orders through artwork, plate preparation, and production scheduling
- Notify customers about artwork or production-scheduling concerns
- Communicate customer-facing price increases and decreases
- Host prospects and customers during plant visits and represent the company appropriately in external business settings
- Deliver completed products to customers
- Document sales-call activity and participate in joint calls with the sales manager
- Prepare and submit expense reports
- Work with colleagues to share and develop effective practices
- Follow regulatory, facility food-safety, quality, and product-safety policies and procedures
Талаптар
- An associate or bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior outside sales experience in the flexographic packaging industry is required
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness and ability to travel
- Valid driver's license
- Reading, writing, computer, mathematics, and analytical skills
- Strong presentation and interpersonal communication abilities
- Strong negotiation capabilities
- Technical knowledge of printing and flexible packaging
- Leadership and mentoring skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong oral, written, and social media communication skills
- Ability to evaluate situations, assess options, and make decisions
- Physical mobility to work with departments throughout the facility
- Ability to accurately distinguish subtle color differences; successful completion of a color-blindness test is required
- Excellent reflexes and sustained awareness around operating machinery
- Strong organization and attention to detail
