  • Create reports with IRD and build visualizations in Manage Card Designer (MCD)
  • Evaluate large datasets and support data modeling and data mart development
  • Deliver reporting and visualization solutions with Jasper, WebFocus, Actuate, and eSpreadsheet
  • Use SQL for analysis, query performance improvement, and data validation
  • Partner with data sourcing teams and product stakeholders to maintain data integrity and business-logic alignment
  • Serve as an IRD subject matter expert for ad hoc reporting and issue resolution
  • Keep current with Big Data platforms, cloud technologies, Databricks, Snowflake, and EDW
  • Lead report development for State Street Investment Services clients
  • Turn complex data into clear, actionable reports and visualizations

  • Proficiency with BI platforms including JasperReports, WebFocus, Actuate, and eSpreadsheet
  • Advanced SQL capability and experience working with large-scale data warehouse environments
  • Knowledge of data governance and data quality practices
  • Familiarity with Big Data platforms, cloud technologies, Snowflake, and Databricks
  • Understanding of front-, middle-, and back-office investment operations and the trade lifecycle
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities
  • Ability to balance competing priorities while delivering accurate work on schedule
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, MIS, computer science, or a related discipline
  • More than 10 years of experience in data analysis, dashboard design, and business intelligence
  • Experience with financial reporting, data warehousing, and BI tool architecture
  • Familiarity with SDLC or Agile delivery methods
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with State Street’s IRD platform is preferred but not required
