Build and operate automated, scalable ETL/ELT pipelines with Python, SQL, and cloud technologies
Integrate, transform, and validate structured and unstructured data from varied sources
Create and oversee analytics-ready models and workflows in Databricks or comparable platforms
Apply GitLab CI/CD practices to data workflows
Develop and deploy interactive dashboards and reports with Tableau, Power BI, or comparable tools
Mine, clean, and manipulate data using SQL and Python
Carry out exploratory analysis, feature preparation, model validation, and documentation
Partner with engineers, analysts, developers, and stakeholders to turn business needs into models, pipelines, and visualizations
Maintain metadata, data dictionaries, and technical records
Prepare recurring and one-time reports for leadership
Handle urgent and ad-hoc data requests
Contribute to collaborative research and analysis across program areas
Mentor colleagues on analytics practices, Python scripting, data modeling, and workflow automation

Талаптар

Bachelor’s degree in data science, computer science, statistics, mathematics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline, plus 5+ years of relevant experience; a master’s degree may reduce the experience requirement to 3+ years
Advanced proficiency in Python, SQL, and Git/GitLab
Experience developing ETL/ELT pipelines with CI/CD and established data engineering practices
Experience working with relational and non-relational databases, including Oracle and PostgreSQL
Experience producing executive-ready dashboards in Tableau or Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to interpret large, complex datasets and explain findings to technical and non-technical audiences
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced agile settings
Strong written and verbal communication skills
U.S. citizenship required
Must hold or be able to obtain Public Trust (BI Full 6C, T4); must be able to obtain Top Secret clearance
Availability to work outside standard business hours, including weekends, as needed
