Power BI Data Analyst and Developer — Talan, Argentina Remote
Build Power BI dashboards and data models for Talan’s international consulting projects. Work with stakeholders and Agile teams on requirements, UAT, and data validation.

- Review business and technical requirements in assigned user stories
- Build and maintain interactive Power BI dashboards and reports
- Develop and refine data models, measures, and visualizations
- Check reporting solutions for data quality, consistency, and accuracy
- Investigate and resolve data-related issues
- Work with business users and technical teams to meet reporting needs
- Help end users with UAT and final data validation
- Take part in Agile ceremonies, including planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives
- Document reporting solutions, business rules, and technical work
Талаптар
- At least four years of hands-on Power BI experience
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for enterprise environments
- Strong data analysis and validation skills
- Experience working in Agile or Scrum teams
- Intermediate PL/SQL knowledge
- Ability to interpret business needs and turn them into reporting solutions
- Experience working with business stakeholders and supporting final report validation
