  • Manage household needs from vendor research through coordination
  • Recruit and oversee household staff, including private chefs and cleaners
  • Proactively coordinate home maintenance, logistics, and recurring needs
  • Plan and deliver personal dinners, gatherings, and special occasions
  • Select and send gifts to personal and professional contacts
  • Maintain personal calendars and commitments
  • Handle travel research, reservations, shopping, and other personal logistics independently
  • Apply AI tools to research, plan, and complete tasks proactively
  • Respond immediately during core hours and promptly afterward while keeping the founder updated
  • Support the founder of a blockchain infrastructure company serving developers, financial institutions, and AI-native financial applications

  • Demonstrated critical thinking and the ability to independently resolve complex, ambiguous tasks
  • Highly responsive, with consistently rapid reply times
  • Able to manage variable workloads and changing priorities comfortably
  • Proficient in using AI tools for research, planning, and problem-solving
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
  • Highly organized with reliable follow-through
  • Discreet and trustworthy when handling personal and sensitive information
  • Submit a 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and outlining relevant experience
  • Provide an updated resume
  • Previous personal assistant, chief of staff, or executive assistant experience supporting a high-profile founder or executive is preferred
  • Experience overseeing household vendors, private staff, or complex personal logistics is preferred
  • Experience coordinating events, gifting programs, or personal travel is preferred
  • Familiarity with the technology or startup ecosystem is preferred
