Lead content production and audience growth for Be Well Queen’s wellness media platform. Oversee video, podcasting, partnerships, travel logistics, email marketing, and monetization initiatives.

- Create narrative-led content series, audience journeys, and teaching sequences
- Plan filming requirements and direct the capture of footage and B-roll
- Recruit, brief, supervise, and quality-check freelance editors
- Keep the content calendar current and organized
- Shape YouTube channel structure, series, thumbnails, titles, packaging, retention strategy, and publishing cadence
- Launch and operate an audio podcast across Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and YouTube Music
- Set platform strategies and monetization plans for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Pinterest
- Identify, pitch, negotiate, and manage brand collaborations and sponsorships
- Negotiate retreat and destination partnerships following reviews while maintaining editorial independence
- Apply Canadian Ad Standards, FTC, and ASA disclosure requirements
- Deliver monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations
- Manage the WordPress site and publish SEO-focused blog content
- Oversee email segmentation, nurture campaigns, launches, promotions, and subscriber growth
- Create funnels that connect content with list growth, retreat sales, book sales, and event sales
- Organize international travel, filming permissions, local fixers, and retreat logistics
- Use shot lists, capture support, and publishing plans to ensure each trip generates content
- Develop the speaking pipeline and secure conferences, summits, and events worldwide
- Create a tiered podcast booking plan targeting 30–50 mid-tier appearances in the first year
- Assist with book launches and publicity campaigns
- Keep speaker, media, and press materials up to date
- Measure bookings against subscriber growth, list growth, sales, and relationship development

- A portfolio demonstrating successful short-form video performance
