Submit vehicle orders to automotive dealership partners
Review order documentation for completeness and accuracy
Support the vehicle registration process
Arrange and coordinate delivery appointments
Keep relevant customer and order data up to date in the CRM
Manage the workflow from electric vehicle order placement through delivery
Serve as the main link between customers, dealerships, and registration service providers

Талаптар

Commercial training or a degree in materials management, logistics, organization, or a comparable field
Preferred experience in scheduling and dispatching, automotive retail, supply chain management, or logistics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Strong sense of ownership, accuracy, and reliability
Clear communication skills for working with dealership partners and service providers
Ability to work independently with strong organizational, structured, and analytical skills
Good German language skills are essential
