SPC Brasil is seeking a mid-level Business Intelligence Analyst for a hybrid, full-time role in Brazil. The position focuses on commercial dashboards, data analysis, automation, and actionable KPIs.

  • Build and improve dashboards, reports, and strategic analyses that track commercial performance and turn data into actionable business insights.
  • Extract, cleanse, integrate, and analyze data with SQL, Oracle, ETL/ELT, data warehousing, and data modeling while maintaining information quality, reliability, and performance.
  • Help define and monitor strategic KPIs, identifying trends, variances, behaviors, and opportunities with Sales, Market Intelligence, and other business teams.
  • Create automations and solutions that reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency using AWS resources, artificial intelligence, and GitHub Copilot in Visual Studio.
  • Evaluate and apply emerging technologies and best practices across BI, analytics, cloud, automation, and artificial intelligence, while presenting findings clearly and aligned with business goals.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Technology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least three years of experience in Business Intelligence or data analysis, including dashboard development and analytical work; Power BI experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of SQL, relational databases, ETL/ELT, and data modeling, including data warehouse concepts.
  • Experience managing analytics requests from business-needs discovery through data investigation, development, validation, and delivery of business insights.
  • Strong communication skills, business understanding, and interest in technology, automation, and artificial intelligence.
  • Knowledge of secure development practices is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Oracle/PLSQL, Python, and AWS or cloud technologies is advantageous.
  • Experience with Redshift, RDS, Exadata, Databricks, or Informatica is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Tableau, OBIEE, or OAS, plus experience handling large data volumes, is advantageous.
  • Familiarity with generative AI, GitHub Copilot, and Power Automate is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of Kimball or Inmon methodologies and experience using Figma for dashboard structure and user experience is advantageous.
